Returns Policy

Clothing & Footwear Returns

Thank you for shopping with Allens of Caledon. We understand that you may have to return your item(s) for numerous reasons and therefore, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. This ONLY applies to items bought online. The product must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on for a full refund. To return the item, email eloise@allensofcaledon.co.uk stating your name and reason for return.

Return via Royal Tracked 48 or please use a tracked method of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Once your return has been approved we will email you with confirmation. On receipt of the goods we will refund the order value, less the postage cost (if applicable). Original postage costs are non refundable. Our Full Refund Policy on clothing and shoes applies to online orders only. There are no returns or refunds on earrings, hand cream, soap, candles or any sale, clearance items, special offers or products that have been reduced due to damage.

Should you wish to return any product bought instore that is unsuitable, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note which can be accepted upto 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and be in a saleable condition and with the tags still on.

Custom order goods are non-refundable.

Deposits on goods are non-refundable.
